Hey, Kathy. $5/a pot for the Bloody Dock aka Bloody Sorrel?? That's robbery! I have one that I bought a few years ago, that I could divide and give you a little piece if you like. They are hardy here, although most sites say they are only hardy to zone 6. They are supposed to be easy from seed, so I'll have to try and remember to collect seed this fall. If you are interested, I also have some Japanese Giant Red Mustard seeds, which look really pretty and are edible, and might be up your alley, as well. I'm growing a few this year for the first time, and I think they look really cool.
I'll be going to the Farm sale this weekend, and could bring them with me then. And another brug, too. I could bring a Frosty Pink, Peach Candida, Versicolor Peach, or a noid white, take your pick! (The white is probably the easiest and most forgiving, but the Candida is really easy too.)
