I Wet My Plants Going on Vacation

July 6, 2007

I Wet My Plants will be on vacation, camping for two weeks in Nova Scotia. I’ll be on the look-out for beautiful gardens, lupin seeds and Coast of Maine Salmon fertilizer. I’ll try to take some garden-related photos and post them when I get back. Of course, it’ll be after I weed the garden and harvest the over-ripe vegetables. Expect photos of an over-grown vegetable garden riddled with weeds.

If you’re in the Annapolis Valley area, Kathy, do visit the Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens at Acadia University (free adminssion) and the Historic Gardens in Annapolis Royal. Lupins are just now going to seed so if you don’t score any, let me know and I’ll save some and send them to you.

Have fun in our beautiful province.

  2. What a great trip! Somewhere I’ll probably never see since I don’t fly at all. I’ll be looking forward to the photos. Have a wonderful time.

    Hello Ms Kathy!

My name is Hai. I am glad to have found your web page. I was admiring your beautiful mint plants.

I live in South Carolina, U.S. I was looking for Mojito mints to grow, but could not find any. I finally found Richters, from Ontario, Cannada. My Mojito mints arrived thru UPS today and I am so excited. I planted them today. I don’t know any thing about gardening. I am just learning as I am going along.

Thank you for sharing your photos of your garden and your plants.

  4. Hey, Kathy! I’m still waiting for those photos! You must be unpacked by now.

Thanks for the kick-in-the-butt Jackie! It’s true, I am back and unpacked. Enjoy the pics!
